I recently made the switch to Joplin Tax Services after being with the same CPA for 20 years, and I’m so glad I did. Pat and his team are excellent and truly professional.
They are extremely thorough and take the time to go over all of your tax documents with you before you sign. They clearly explain your refund — or why you may have to pay in — so there are no surprises. That level of communication and transparency really sets them apart.
What I appreciate most is that they treat you like a valued client, not just a number. Thank you, Pat and your team, for providing such outstanding service!
