Quick replacement of a Samsung screen. When I got home, it wouldn't charge. Called them, and they had me bring it back in, took 5 minutes and it was fixed. The S-pen was left out of the new casing, but they had it and happily got it to me. Costly service. But friendly staff and great service.

Just recently had a cracked screen replaced on my Samsung and I can't express how impressed I am with Brian and Hannah. They were kind, professional, and had a quick turn around time with ordering the screen and replacing it promptly this week.
