I brought my iPad in to have the USB-C port replaced. During the process, there was some uncertainty about the Face ID, though I don’t know what caused the issue. I dropped my iPhone into the pool, the next day I got all kinds of shortages that happened to my phone. Called iprotect and they got me in asap! I spoke with Brian and he was very knowledgeable on what and how to fix my phone. He was very nice and genuinely cared to about me as a customer. Fairly priced and fixed my phone fast! I dropped my phone and the screen wasn’t cracked, but turned green with lines through it, got the best quote around for a screen replacement and it was done in about 30 minutes and looks and works amazing. Amazing service. 100% recommend!!
