Customers report great experiences with Hennessey Roofing. One customer had roof trusses repaired because of a tree that fell during a storm and the old roof replaced, with some soffit and siding replaced as well. The crew did a great job. Another customer had problems communicating with contractors before, but not with Hennessey Roofing. A supervisor was on site to talk with about needs and offered good solutions, and made sure the crew completed the job as discussed, on time and within the budget. The crew was one of the hardest working crews seen, starting on site before 6:30 and staying until completion. The roof looks great and the guys were nice and determined to get the job done right. Customers are more than satisfied and call it a very good company. Another customer had a great job replacing a roof, with the team talking them through the insurance process and making sure everything covered was replaced and taken care of. Everyone met with was polite, helpful and friendly, the price was reasonable, and the communication was excellent. Customers love the roof and gutters they helped choose. One customer calls it one of the best experiences of dealing with great honest, upfront, no games people, who went above and beyond from day one and paid close attention to every detail. A great company with great people working there.
