He always does a superb job for me. A couple of years ago, I trusted him with my $10,000 Oriental rugs and they turned out great! It's hard to find someone who can clean them safely.

Crystal Clean did a fantastic job on our carpets. We have one dog and two grand dogs that visit frequently and had several heavy spots that Alan took the time to go over several times to make sure the spots came clean!!! Our carpets look great!!! He was on time and very pleasant. Will definitely be using Crystal Clean again!!
