About C&H Heating Cooling Refrigeration
C&H Heating and Air Conditioning provides excellent service with quick response times. Their team is super professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, offering clean cut, polite, and great service. The owner, Dustin, is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. He replaced an outdoor heat pump condenser with a new Bryant unit and had the system up and running the very next day. They were able to squeeze clients in the next day, arriving within hours to repair issues. Clients highly recommend C&H for all heat and air needs, praising their friendly and knowledgeable staff who take the time to ensure quality work. They installed a new a/c heating system due to mold and rust issues, and the air quality is much improved with a very quiet system.
I worked with the owners, Dustin and Frank at Satterlee's years ago so I knew how very professional and extremely competent they both were. Knowing that, I felt that any employees they hired would be very good also. Elijah came out to check my AC which had quit working. I was so afraid it was shot but come to find out it was not. Whoo-Hoo! He was very thorough and knowledgeable with lots of tools and equipment to check out everything and get the unit back in working condition. The bill was very reasonable. I will never go any where else. Thanks so much!
Frank is amazing! I live out of town, but my elderly mother is in Joplin. She often has me contact the office and they immediately get out to her home and quickly and efficiently get her heat/ air back and her living in comfort! Thank you for the wonderful attentiveness and care.
I called on a Monday. I had waited to long to try my air and of course it didn’t work. It was in the nineties by then. They were able to squeeze me in the next day. Joe was great. Friendly and hard working. He didn’t try to sell me anything except what I needed. I will use them anytime I have any problems.
