We hired Jonathan Leach to sell our house and within 2 week's realized our mistake. Communication with this agent was impossible. He has great charisma in person, will make you believe everything he says but never following through. Went against our wishes and had to be called out several times. One resulting in (he) paying closing cost. Getting a hard copy of any docs was impossible. On our closing day the title company informed us of all details, where Jonathan Leach stopped in to pick up his commission and we never heard from him again. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I contacted agent Amanda Burrow by phone on Friday the 29th about a home for rent. I never received a call back. I then emailed her and had a time set up for Monday the 1st. I was 1 hour in to a 2 hour drive when she emailed that she was unable to make the appointment and that she needed to reschedule. I emailed asking if we could do it later in the day and received no response. I emailed again to set up another time later in the week to see it and received no response. Finally I goggled her number and found out she was a Keller Williams realtor and called the office. Only then would she answer the phone and was told that the place had rented on Friday the 29th. I would really rate them 0 stars but that is not an option. I would not recommend letting Keller Williams manage your property. We had a property manager by the name of Jonathan Lundy, and he was the worst property manager you could imagine. He didn't do his monthly check-ins on the tenants, which led to much mischief in the home, fire pits being built in the front yard, the house being left unattended while the doors were wide open with lights on, AC blaring. Absolute disrespect for the home. We were told that if we bought new faucets and garbage disposal, they would get put in, we paid the maintenance man to put them in, and when the tenants moved out, found out the...read full review
