Johnny completely remodeled our farmhouse and we could not be more pleased. His creativity and ability to adopt our vision was incredible. His use of various materials added character to the build. Attention to detail was appropriate. And if something isnt exactly matching your wishes, he fixes it. He also kept us from making design mistakes. We love everything he did to our house, and the cost was reasonable.

Bates Building built a custom home for our family that we owned for 12 years. Johnny has an excellent eye for detail and was very helpful in the creative process. He was also helpful in pointing out functional ideas that made the house and individual spaces work better for our growing family during the planning process.Bates’ crew is very talented as well, and they handled challenges and requests that we made with ease.
