The dentist and assistants are described as friendly, knowledgeable, and caring, making patients feel comfortable and listened to. Everyone, including the front desk, hygienists, and Dr. Durling, is kind, caring, and knowledgeable. They provide great care, getting patients in right away and taking care of problems. I absolutely love the staff here at ADC dental. I have had many horrific and terrifying experiences in the past with dentists and their staff, and when ADC dental first learned of my fear, immediately, I was made to feel important, like my care was just as important as the next persons, and most importantly, calm, relaxed, and comfortable. I only wish my insurance and wages from work provided the funding I need to cover everything I need done. That is no fault of their own, bad experiences has caused my lack of oral care, and not taking care of my teeth has taken its toll, it can and has become very expensive, you can’t blame them for the lack of care though , I can however blame those that made me fear the worst in dentists. Never the less, they’re still the best around. If you have fear, I promise when you walk out, you won’t have that same feeling. If you have fear, these are the people you want to go to. They constantly check my comfort level while working on me, and at any point that I feel anxious or in pain, they stop and assess and make adjustments in order to make me feel relaxed and comfortable again. Scheduling is easy and quick, when speaking to the receptionists, they are always polite, inviting, and always welcome you with a smile. I absolutely love my hygienist, she is easy, explains everything going on, and again gives exceptional care along with great advice to keep my teeth at their best. Dr Durling, whom is my dentist, he has never failed me, he is gentle, always makes sure my comfort is first and foremost, very thorough, explains everything he is doing, and will do everything in his power to make sure you end up with the smile you want. I’ve never had a dentist that has so much passion and care toward not only his work but toward his patients, that is something that you just don’t see much of anymore, he is one of a kind and is far, few, and in between when it comes to exceptional care. He isn’t just about the money and getting you in and out, he takes his time and makes sure you know how important you are to him. And last, Dr Durlings assistant, Alice, I pray that she never leaves and is there forever! She has the kindest, most loving soul of anyone I know. The amount of emotion, dedication, and passion she pours into her job and role, and towards the patient, is above and beyond, it is far beyond any type of care I’ve ever experienced for any type of medical service. I’m not sure if anyone from ADC dental reads these but she said something to me that I want to confirm to her, your light does truly shine, and it will forever cast a light providing the way for how we all should live. You are an angel, truly. May you and everyone else who works at ADC, be forever blessed. I will always be grateful to you all. Dr Durling and all of his staff, from office to him himself, you all are truly the best!!!!!

The staff is very good at what they do and they listen to your concerns, even if you don't see the Dr, he is very aware about your healthcare and makes his recommendations on spot with his RH and staff.
