We recently hired UMS to handle several plumbing issues at my parents’ home in Holts Summit, Missouri, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the owners to the field technicians, every single person we interacted with was professional, courteous, and committed to doing the job right. They truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was fixed properly and that we were satisfied. Their customer service is top-notch, and it’s clear they take pride in their work. The AC went out in our house on Friday late afternoon May, 9th 2025. My house is in a small country town in Tebbetts, Mo. I called several different companies and finally found one that said they could be at my house by May 21st. Yeah, May 21st. I told my nephew about this on Wednesday night, (May 14th) who lives in Austin, Tx btw. He told me to call United Mechanical Services in Jefferson City. His company does work with that company. So Thursday I called and spoke with a lady who answered the phone and she was very polite and told me somebody would call me.
