This may be the first review I’ve ever written but these guys are the absolute BEST! They replaced our entire HVAC in a 100 year old house in just one morning/afternoon. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and put me at ease throughout the process. They made sure I didn’t have any questions before they left. Overall they just went above and beyond. The office manager, I believe her name is Melissa, is also great. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!We have been customers of Stieferman's for over 15 years. Our 1st time was in the middle of the hot MO summer night when the AC unit completely shut down. Our kids were quite young & the heat & humidity was unbearable for all of us. The Stieferman team worked through the night to install a new unit & had everyone cool & comfortable again.Recently our unit wasn't cooling, this time we were all in quarantine due to having covid, dealing with fever & completely drained again in the Mo humidity.
