I had a great experience at Southwest Dental Office! The entire staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I walked in.
I especially want to recognize Hannah, my hygienist. She did an excellent job and was very thorough, gentle, and professional. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment and took the time to explain everything she was doing. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in her work.
I also want to give a big thank you to Dr. Orme. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure all of my questions were answered. I really appreciated the care and attention he provided.

I had a badly broken tooth and was given an appointment immediately as a new patient. I was fully expecting to need an extraction, but they were able to salvage it with a crown despite all the damage which was actually pretty shocking to me! I had absolutely zero pain the entire time and actually just fell asleep at points. As someone who has unfortunately had some pretty... traumatizing dental experiences in the past, this sort of treatment by staff is important to me and I couldn't possibly have asked for better from this office. Even though this was my first time here I can tell that this is a fantastic office and it completely deserves its rating.

Caitlyn and Dr. Orme are wonderful. I've had a bad experience with dentist and needles and they made me feel comfy and not judged by my fear. The front staff is also very attentive and friendly. And if you have out of network insurance they file the claim for you which is a plus.
