We have been taking our dog to Quail Valley for 3 years, and we have been satisfied with them for vet services & have boarded our dog there at least half a dozen times. However, we picked him up this morning, and we were unpleasantly surprised. Our dog takes Phycox for his joints, which we always give to the person at the front desk when we drop him off. In the past, we have NEVER been charged for giving the Phycox to our dog. All that has to be done is take it out of the zip lock bag & put it on top of his food. Today, we were charged $7.25 for each time they gave him the Phycox, which is like giving your dog a treat. That's $29 for giving him a treat for four days....read full review

The veterinarians and staff at Quail Valley are kind, attentive, and knowledgable. They have helped us raise our tiny (4 lb) Teacup Yorkie since she was 10 weeks old. Holly Noel, the best Christmas gift ever, is now 12 yo. They recently completed her annual wellness visit with a very good report. They always go above and beyond to help answer our questions and concerns, especially notable as Holly entered each phase of her happy and healthy life. What more can I say? We recommend QV so highly that our son's family also chose QV for their 4 dogs and 1 cat!

We have used Quail Valley for years. Every person there has always been so compassionate to us and our animals. I have never had a problem with being seen when my pets really need it. I will continue to use them as long as they are there!
