We have used leapfrog the last 8 or so yrs!!! And have always had good luck. Honestly not a negative thing to say. A few times they even brought us our bouncer early without extra charge. The people are always nice and have been right there for any questions.
This was such a wonderful experience. We did book in late March, for our mid May event and paid online. But I didn't have to call and ask questions about when it would be delivered or anything! I got a message a week out with a reminder and delivery window, and then a message the night before the event with an exact delivery time. He showed up at that exact time! Had the bounce house set up in our back yard in 10 minutes and came back following the event to take it down and haul it off. Excellent service and would highly recommend to anyone!
Leapfrog was so great to work with. They communicated well. They showed up at the expected time, set up, and then took down after our event. The inflatable we ordered was just as described and brought so much joy! I would definitely call them again! Great company!
