Ryan and his team at Half-Price Heating and Cooling were great to work with. Extremely helpful and responsive. We ended up having to replace our whole unit but my wife and I really appreciated that Ryan was working from the ground up to diagnose the problem and see if there was an easier fix to the problem. Unfortunately for us, there wasn’t but nevertheless, we always felt informed and like we were treated respectfully and valued as a customer. For the amount of work he and his team had to do, the estimate was extremely fair on price and in speaking with friends and family, truly close to half the cost of what we heard from others.
