Ruth's Cutting Point Salon is a nice, reasonably priced salon in a little house off the highway. Ruth is super efficient and thorough and my mom really loves the work she does. The salon is cute and homey and chill.
Most definitely recommend this place my aunt has been going there for many many years reasonable price and Ruth is one of the best people you can run into to take it that you need a haircut go give this place a try
I have been taking my aunt here for a while she has been going here 30 or + years Miss Ruth which is the owner does a wonderful job her co-worker is awesome as far as talking to I am not at my haircut there but about three years ago and I was very satisfied as well so I give him the 5 Plus definitely go here
