This guy lives this 24/7. Really does work all of his members to the best of their abilities, and knows that they may be in their heads sometimes and knows how to push them out to achieve their goals.

Before bbv I hated to work out I always felt like I wasn’t getting any results but then I met Vander and his team of trainers and now I’m always eager to get to the gym and grab my brick and sweat it out!!!!!! I highly recommend you give it a try
