Wonderful experience using Sweetheart Florist! We had a slight mistake with our online order and Sweetheart Florist was very quick to deliver birthday flowers within an hour of my phone call. It was an odd mistake that randomly occurred because two orders to the same person were submitted on the same day! But, the ladies and I figured it out, and they went above and beyond getting the flowers delivered as fast as possible! Superb customer service!
