I called Cody bc I had seen a lot of great word of mouth. He came by and was professional and friendly. Communication about his arrival included a picture so I knew who to expect. Told him the problem. He looked around. Did some things and said “look for this or this and let me know if there is a bigger issue- it could be this… then this…” but didn’t want to waste my money and educated me. His honesty is a reason he will now be our plumber any time we have a plumbing issue. So glad we found his business!
