From the beginning of our experience Luke promptly responded to our request, did onsite inspections and provided reasonable quotes for the jobs very quickly. Within two weeks of the quote, he scheduled the jobs and completed both jobs with quality work. At a time when it is hard to get a contractor to show up, we were very impressed with LML Contracting and we will use this company again.
Luke and Chandler just installed a screen for our deck. Their work was well done and it looks great! They were meticulous in measurements and making sure the job was done correctly. I also appreciated quick and consistent communication from estimate, to ordering supplies, then with confirmations on time for installation. We will absolutely use LML Contracting Designs again in the future!
