Luke was so professional throughout the process. He came to the site and listened to me about the concerns I had with the back of my house and came up with a plan to address them. He gave me an estimate on costs and a timeframe of when the project could start. He let me know a week ahead and he started within the timeframe he estimated. He was thorough and made sure that all the tiniest details were taken care of. I am so appreciative that he listened and understood as well as the work ethic that he has. I definitely recommend him and his crew to everyone.

Luke came out for a very small job that nobody else would do. He offered to do more work there because they have an 800 dollar minimum. He leveled out two other spots in my yard, but he still felt bad charging the minimum, so he only charged me 500 dollars. This shows how honest he is!

I hired LML to regrade my property, ensure proper water drainage, burry extended downstop extensions to pop up emitters at the street, etc.

Luke communicated with me weekly to ensure I knew the status of the agreed up schedule and made sure I understood everything before and during the project.
