Luke came out for a very small job that nobody else would do. He offered to do more work there because they have an 800 dollar minimum. He leveled out two other spots in my yard, but he still felt bad charging the minimum, so he only charged me 500 dollars. This shows how honest he is!

I hired LML to regrade my property, ensure proper water drainage, burry extended downstop extensions to pop up emitters at the street, etc.
Luke communicated with me weekly to ensure I knew the status of the agreed up schedule and made sure I understood everything before and during the project. They were priced fairly in the middle of three bids. Luke’s professionalism, communication, and work ethic is what set him apart from other options for me personally.
From the beginning of our experience Luke promptly responded to our request, did onsite inspections and provided reasonable quotes for the jobs very quickly. Within two weeks of the quote, he scheduled the jobs and completed both jobs with quality work. At a time when it is hard to get a contractor to show up, we were very impressed with LML Contracting and we will use this company again.
