We hired bornagain to got our deck prepped for staining, remove latticework, stained, add decorative 45 angle bracing on the posts, and raised to have the posts put on top of concrete joists. The quote was upfront which was helpful and it was itemized so we knew what all we were charged for. We had to put 1/3 of the payment down to get the job started. Now that the job is done we love how the stain looks, the angle bracing looks nice, and they also replaced a loose step for us! My only complaint is communication and it seemed like I had to text to push them to come out and continue to work. James replaced rotten and warped boards on my home's front porch and stairs and pressure washed and restained both. Communication was good and I received a detailed quote to approve which outlined all work to be performed. The work was professional and the porch and stairs look brand new. My wife and I are completely satisfied with the project and I have already spoken to James about doing another project for us.

James was easy to communicate with and very acommodating. He gave quote quickly and had a date to do job right away. They even picked up materials for me, and got right to work. They cleaned up when done and did extra with no issue. I'd recommend them for handyman jobs.
