I have the utmost praise for this company. I have had them several times throughout the last 6 years and each time they have been prompt- so prompt, in fact, that I was very surprised, (many companies such as this will have a waiting list weeks long-not these folks,) reliable, professional, very knowledgeable, experienced, trustworthy and extremely courteous.I recently had a minor problem with my water heater, (the temp adjuster knob was inadvertently lowered) and such a nice, friendly young fellow was here within an hour of my call and in less than 5 minutes had adjusted the knob and fixed the problem and did not even charge me.
