The computer guy is very honest on his prices. He fixed our computer in a timely manner, and it works just like it was brand new again. I would recommend him to everyone that has any type of computer.
Russ was true to his word and provided high quality service. He called me before making any changes to my computer, offered multiple solutions to my problem, and had my PC running better than ever all in one day.
Pc was having issues with the hard drive, called the business and was able to take it in that following afternoon. Got a call the next morning with the diagnosis and a price quote, and the whole thing was ready by that afternoon. The process from being unable to boot to completely fixed took less than 24hrs. The price was fair and the hard drive he gave me was even better than the one I started with (and he was even able to save the data). Will be going back to him in the future!
