I am hoping to warn others about the practices of this accounting firm. In 2023 the buyer of a commercial
Property we sold and owner financed, resold and paid off the loan. As I
knew this income would make a significant impact to our income I sent Matt Albin a email in November 2023. Weeks went by without hearing a word so I
then sent a email to his office email in December. He said my email probably went into his spam. They ask for your email but it goes into his spam? He assured me because it was owner financed it would not impact my income taxes. Now tax time is here and my information is sent into him to prepare my taxes.
