I had the pleasure of meeting with Fawn yesterday, I have never met someone who was able to answer my questions and I had a lot, but who made me feel like a person. We talked about their services, which I will be using for my mom, but we also just talked, about basketball, the weather, how my mom fell, travel. She never once made me feel rushed.
