Individual attention is what I like best about Studio on Main. You don't feel like a "cattle call" that you find in gyms. The instructors are well trained, informative and can share their skills and knowledge...in brief, they can teach. There are many classes to to choose from. I am enrolled in Pilates and love it. I was there for the ribbon cutting and grand opening and have never left! That's about 10 years ago.
I'm so glad I decided to come to this place this morning and practice yoga. Today, I learn new poses and stretched myself through my own limitations. Wonderful class taught by a girl who's name is also Kari.
This is by far my favorite salon in Westport. I visit every month to get my color done and I always enjoy my visit and the results. The salon is modern and bright, with great views of downtown Westport. Aphrodite is such a talented colorist that I would recommend her highly to anyone.
