These ladies are incredibly helpful. I was having a bad day, I'd been to not just one, but two alteration stores about hemming my wedding dress. Both said my dress was a lot of work, and too difficult. My wedding is in December and after two stores reacting that way to my dress, I was beginning to wonder if I had to find another dress. I was dreading potentially hearing another person say my dress couldn't be done. Not here. A very sweet lady sat on the floor and hemmed my dress like any experienced pro should. She even fitted it to keep the classic mermaid shape. I was happy with just looking at it with the pins in. I can't wait to see my dress when it's finished.
The zipper pull broke on a favorite coat. Stichin Post repaired it in less than 10 minutes while I waited. The cost was about the same to order a pull from Amazon and I know it was done correctly. Something I probably would have made a mistake on. Very friendly and accommodating folks.
