Today was my first time at Salon Ami Day Spa and let me tell you they are amazing! They offer water and have a wide selection of product. I had a photo ready and a back up photo of what I was alright with as well just in case the first one was a no-go. They cut my hair as a cross between the photo I showed and my natural hair type. Gave a light scalp massage while shampooing and conditioning, it was so good I almost dozed off. They didn't tug at my hair aggressively or seem perturbed by my fashion choice either. My stylist was sweet as can be too. Would definitely recommend to everyone!
My most recent visit, I requested a men's haircut and was very satisfied! Been going here for the past few years and always had a good experience. I've scheduled under multiple different stylists and everyone has been nice and has given excellent consultations. The atmosphere is relaxing and much better than any other hair place I've previously been to. I appreciate the included facial cleanse and massage.
The absolute best facials AND customer service. The manager has lead this salon with integrity and honesty for years. I had a not so good experience. The manager promised a solution that was above and beyond. Although she couldn't fulfill that promised resolution immediately she said she would as soon as a new employee came aboard. After time passed without contact I believed the promise was empty. I was amazed she truly hadn't forgotten and she did contact me directly to arrange the new service! The new service was the best ever and I've never experienced such excellent customer care!! You're safe here.
