I visited the Independence location this week, with the intention of signing up for a Classic membership. Sarah, walked my friend and I through the entire facility, answered all of our questions, and took the time we needed to feel comfortable with our new memberships! Due to the additional benefits the Black Membership offers, both my friend and I decided that would be the best plan for us. Sarah was kind, informative, and not pushy whatsoever! I look forward to starting my new fitness journey!

Pretty bummed about the remodel. They claim there is more equipment added but that is not the case. They removed the 30 min circuit and a lot of the duplicate machines so now it's even harder to get our workout in during our short allotted time during lunch.
