I called 3 times yesterday with questions about my pug puppy. The staff discussed my issue, I could tell that because I talked to different people and they all were informed of my situation. They were all kind and understanding and gave me treatment options. The situation resolved itself but they definately helped me through it. Thank you.

This is my second experience with them. Her first puppy visit went well as well. It's wasn't crazy busy. There was plenty of staff. They were all happy and the whole staff came to see the pug puppy. I just had to put down my dog, and could not have had a better experience considering the circumstances. Kind. Considerate. Asking and answering any and all questions, even ones I didn't think to ask. Fair pricing. Will be back if and when I ever get another pet and will definitely be recommending them.
