They have earned my business as a back up. The 1st picture is what I showed the technician. My only request was that it looked something like the picture. I think she did a great job. I also got a amazing pedicure. Not to mention their chairs are amazing. I received a much-needed massage. I also had my eyebrows waxed, the technician asked how I wanted then shape, and size. Great atmosphere, great technicians, even offered water.
We came in to get pedicures. My group was in a bit of a hurry, but they took us in and exceeded our expectations in a short period of time. The atmosphere is very peaceful and relaxing.
Good experience. They always try and get you in. I do think time management could be better as I'm never in there for less than 2 hours (pedi & gel mani) and I don't get designs. Also, some of the ladies don't seem to enjoy their job and can come off slightly rude. However, the manager/boss of the place is great. She's so friendly and great at her job! If you can I'd ask to get in with her Happy self care!
