Old grumpy snooty ladies here. I've gone to her my entire life for tax preparation because all my family pretty much does, but I never will again after all the issues I've had with taxes this year. I had to get my taxes amended because my employers messed up the W2. She assumed I already paid the original amount due and factored that in the amended form without even asking me if I had paid it.So long story short I am getting a collection threat on an issue I had no idea about. Seems shady I'll be getting another accountant to be looking into her as well to make sure no embezzlement is occuring.
