Chris was incredibly helpful in solving an issue I was having with my espresso coffee grinder. Very kind and generous with his time. Didn't charge me for his services. Saved me a massive headache and tons of stress. Really wish he would have accepted some form of payment! I will pass along his generosity and kindness to another person.
I came in to look for a replacement expansion valve for my Gaggia, and when they couldn’t find an exact match, Izzy helped me out by making a whole new part instead! they charged me a very reasonable rate, spent a lot of time helping me, and I am very grateful for it!
I found Izzy's via a search for repairs/parts for a La Pavoni machine for which I thought I needed some repairs. After briefly chatting with me, they asked me to describe the issue I was experiencing and suggested that they didn't see any need to have me send in the machine for servicing.
Their honesty was really refreshing and I greatly appreciated how patient they were in taking the time to talk through what I was seeing, rather than just asking me to send the machine in to make some money. So while I can't speak to their repair service, I would strongly recommend them based upon my interaction.
