I have been a loyal customer of Glacial Air Systems for several years now, and even though they have moved to another city, they have continued to provide exceptional service. Recently, I encountered an issue with my Heating System, and Jose from Glacial Air Systems was able to assist me over the phone. His expertise and willingness to help made a significant difference, and I was able to resolve the issue without any additional charges. This is the kind of company that truly cares about their customer's comfort at home, regardless of weather challenges. AC Stop working Labor Day Weekend. Called Sunday morning around 9:00 am and they here here within 20 minutes. They had had our old unit fixed within 30-40 minutes. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, FAST AND REASONABLE PRICE!
