The vet tech and vet were wonderful. The front desk were friendly. Discharge paperwork and vaccination summary print outs at check out automatically would have been appreciated. Other than that, overall very happy and will be returning for additional care. The vet tech was great! She was knowledgeable, good at her job, kind and patient with my afraid pup, and hilarious! We bonded over her flip cellphone and growing up in the 90s. Thank you for making me and the dog comfortable! What I appreciated most is I wasn't pressured into further diagnostic testing or treatment and was provided with good info without guilt. I started coming to this clinic in June of this year after relocating.
The staff from the beginning have been extremely friendly, they were great with answering questions and getting one of my puppies scheduled for her spay (which was done very well).
Today Annie spent 35 minutes on the phone with me to schedule appointments for 8 of my 9 pets. She never seemed inconvenienced, answered all of my questions, and confirmed everything several times before we got off the phone. Super impressed with the high level of empathy and customer service.
The ladies there are really nice!!! They always listen to any concerns and questions the vet is very informative and they all really do their best to keep my puppy calm for his shots and they always have a little pup snack afterwards I really like them!!
