Jessica did an amazing job explaining the process of making an insurance claim for hail damage and replacing a roof and gutters...not something I was familiar with. She was great to communicate with throughout the process, took extensive pictures of the damage on our roof and gutters. We don't replace our roof often so we can't compare her service with another, but I feel good about the process and product we received. Thank you, Jessica!
