We went to the Lexington Ave location and met with Taylor , she was the sweetest most caring person ever! We felt that she made the process so much easier than if we would’ve had to deal with someone unpleasant (I’ve had that issue at a non speaks location) . But she took care of us from start to finish by answering all of my questions on the phone by then helping us with the cremation and pickup process she made it all so easy. Thank you again Taylor for taking care of us in our time of need!
Speaks provided very lovely services for both my mother and stepdad. I would highly recommend them.
2021 was quite rough on our family. Unfortunately I lost count of how many we laid to rest. Through them all, Speaks was amazing. I have to hand it to the staff. My grandma passed in August. I had kept her program in my purse so when times got tough and the memories of her last days crept in, I could look at her smiling face and remember her happy and healthy. My purse, and all the contents were stolen on Sunday.. Most things were replaceable, but I didn’t know if I would ever get over losing the program from her funeral. My husband contacted Speaks and without hesitation they reprinted and had it ready for him to pick up next day. I would personally like to thank you for replacing something that may seem silly, but so very important to me. You guys are truly the best. 💜
