Very professional experience. I followed the process of receiving bids from four companies. The bidding process was where I begin the decision process. I had one contractor that did not remove their shoes and left so much mud I had to clean up after the bid. Every time Burke entered my house home, he removed his boots. The next step of the decision is based on the contract. Burks contract was very detailed and provided a line by line break down of the detail of the job. The payment process was fair that 1/3 was the down payment, 1/3 was provided in the middle and final payment was only after I had agreed everything was completed to my standard. Burke and the team remodeled our combo shower and bath, and they did incredible work! We took quite some time to get multiple quotes and Burke was always most affordable and offered the most options to fit within our limited budget. Walked us through the showroom and Onyx booklet to find what we liked best. Unfortunately we had a little error on install day but Burke did his best to fix it onsite and returned the following week with new materials to complete the install in full. Definitely recommend their team!
