They respond appropriately during the busy season. Technicians are helpful. If you ask them to break down repairs and pricing they will. I never feel like I'm being cheated. They keep me well informed. I don't feel any pressure from them. I think pricing is fairly inline with what local rates. It's just one of those things...you always hope your repair is a small, inexpensive one. Sometimes they are, sometimes they're not. Overall, good company

Highly reccommend Avery Heating & Cooling, LLC. James was at the house and had our AC unit fixed within an hour and half of calling. He was professional, kept me updated throughout and took detailed pictures. I couldn't say more great things about this company.
