The manager and the staff are very helpful and efficient, all of my problems were taken care of very quickly. I live 30 mins away but I continue coming to this location because of the amazing service.
Lyric was outstanding! She fixed my phone and never tried to sell me anything which was really nice. Lyric was so kind to my kiddos and made them feel special. I will be back to this store if I have any problems.
JEWLIAN is an awesome young man! I'm paralyzed and didn't have my wheelchair with me. So he came and sat in the car with me forever to get me set up with Verizon. He went above and beyond for me and I truly appreciate him. He was very kind and very knowledgeable about the products and plans! He got me hooked up! Hats off to him for great customer service!
