So, I went in needing 2 crowns. I ended up having a tooth pulled and got a double crown that was one piece but covered to spots. I had to return 5-6 times to have it put back on. The last time dentist put it on, I was put on crooked. So now, I have a broken at the gum tooth and no tooth in the front of my mouth. I was told the finance people would call me back with a game plan. It has now been a week with these 2 missing teeth. IN THE FRONT!! I have tried for 3 days to call the office to get some answers...nobody will answer the phone. They want to charge me for the root canal and post! My tooth broke because crown was crooked. My experience so far was good. Only 1 visit so far. Go next Thursday for deep cleaning my teeth, then getting 4 teeth pulled April 23rd. So fun!!! ( not really ) but needs to be done.
They were very nice and kind. I did feel somewhat overwhelmed at all the was presented to me, but after coming home and taking it all in, I was fine.
Nice office and very low key. I am going to switch my on the spectrum grandson to this dental office.
