We enrolled our 4 year old in the class and it has been great! The staff is amazing with the little ones. They keep the kids engaged and entertained at the same time. It's fun for the whole family. Half way through the class the parents get to get involved in the class and this is a great way to not only encourage and help your child with his lessons but also a great bonding experience. We smile the whole time we are there watching our son learn and have fun. I highly recommend enrolling and if you're not ready to enroll yet, they have a free day you can sign up for and go in to see how the classes work and meet the staff.
My son has really grown. He him self asked to be in karate classes and it has really helped him with his confidence and setting goals and keeping his goals. I’m glad we made the choice with AKKA Karate USA
I lucked up and found the best karate school in the KC area! If you’re thinking about getting your little one in a structured program, START HERE! Our oldest son who is now 10 began studying at AKKA Independence at 4 years old! He has learned so much self-discipline, sportsmanship, and even critical thinking. Our youngest is just 4 now, but he was allowed to start the program a little early at the age of 3! Mr. Burt, Mr. Harris and the rest of the staff are ridiculously talented and patient with the kiddos.
