After moving into our home 2 years ago, there has been a noticeable odor every time you switch the AC on. After our HVAC has been serviced several times with no success in remediating the smell, they suggested cleaning our mainlines. After Safe Air came out, they cut open the duct close to the furnace (which they repair in full before they leave) they found a good amount of white mold. Joey from Safe Air explained everything thoroughly and worked hard to remove the mold and other dusty debris. I have peace of mind knowing that we are no longer breathing mold in everyday. Professional and straight forward results.
The services provided by SafeAir Duct Care met my expectations; I had HVAC duct & vent cleaning, and the dryer vent cleaned as well. I am leaving four stars because the staff were professional and polite, however; after the job was completed I found a balled up piece of green plastic tape used to cover the vents in the middle of the floor of the main bedroom, one vent left open/perhaps forgotten about still covered with tape and not put back in place in an upstairs bathroom, and another vent near the fireplace still covered in tape. The job itself seems to be completed well, and took 3-4 hours, but for a service that cost over $1,000.00, I don’t think it’s unreasonable...read full review
