Mike is FANTASTIC!!! He is always on time and so accommodating to any schedule changes we may need. He’s great at letting us know when he is en route. He’s careful with our property, cautious and kind to our dogs, and always works hard with any issues we are having. The Imperial office is great to talk to and immediately follow ups on any concerns. We were with a competitor company for years and wish we would have changed a long time ago.

We have always had excellent service with Orkin. We have been with them for years. They are always willing to reschedule or work around our schedules due to constant changes. All of our exterminators have been great and communicate with me when they are either traveling to our home or leaving due to our little dogs. If I’m home I have time to kennel them or take them outside to walk and be out of the way. Very friendly and always willing to return if for some reason something new arises.
