Clifford was very good, professional and friendly. He did what he was supposed to. Again I find a little breakdown in communication between the company and the technician. We were supposed to receive mattress covers, I explained my husband is sick and cannot help put the covers on. I was told they would help. Clifford knew nothing about this. He was kind enough to pick them up for the office and drop them off. So I am grateful for that.

Mike is FANTASTIC!!! He is always on time and so accommodating to any schedule changes we may need. He’s great at letting us know when he is en route. He’s careful with our property, cautious and kind to our dogs, and always works hard with any issues we are having. The Imperial office is great to talk to and immediately follow ups on any concerns. We were with a competitor company for years and wish we would have changed a long time ago.
