My experience with Omni Pest Solutions was excellent. It started immediately when I spoke with the person who answered the phone, Audrey.
A field mouse unfortunately gained access to my attached garage. My biggest fear is rodents of any kind. This happened the day after Christmas and I refused to open my garage for 3 days after that. I called Omni Pest Solutions on Monday, 12/29. Audrey was so warm and welcoming on the phone. She said they were booked for that day but could definitely come out on Tuesday. Daniel was my technician that came out. He explained why I was seeing certain pests and how he was going to treat for them. Showed me points of entry and steps to take to rectify those problem areas. The pricing was just right for the initial treatment and further appointments.

Had a very active groundhog called around to several pest control and Omni was most reasonable Audrey was very nice over phone I scheduled appointment Zach came out noticed rightoff where he was hiding came back next day installed trap and got him Zach is very nice I would recommend Omni to anyone Zach is now my pest buddy!
