Instead of trying to convince us to repair our washing machine we were advised to consider looking into getting a replacement. The repair cost would have been twice the amount of a new one we were told. This is honesty and integrity. I am grateful for Midwest Appliance and will be my first choice if I have appliance issues in the future.
This is our third time using Midwest Appliance Repair and they are always fantastic! We love them because it’s easy to get an appointment scheduled and they are excellent with diagnosing and explaining the problem, along with any preventive measures you can take to stop it from happening again. We’ve used them for washer, dryer, and refrigerator repair.
The young man was very friendly, and knowledgeable about what he was doing.
He made me aware of thing's that the appliance store did not. I will definitely recommend Midwest Appliances to my friends.
