Abby was wonderful, and did amazing with my daughter! She's 11, autistic and nonverbal. This was our first big haircut as she's always gotten scared before,but Abby took her time, and explained to her what was happening, and what she was doing each step of the way. We were able to cut off about 12 inches,that we donated ? Will definitely be coming to see Abby for our next cut ?

Update Feb 2022 It's been 2 yrs now, and I haven't had a bad experience. I trust anyone they employ at this location. I need to get a good picture to showcase, but it's a nice place.

I love this location. I used to go to the Arnold locations and they kinda sucks... Nasty attitude and stuff. Even the kids didn't like them. That's why this place is my favorite. Me and my boys love the stylists, they are very friendly and kind. Except there is one we don't like.. She's kinda rude to the kids...but I also understand my kids are very active and happy guys they want to touch everything while she's busy cutting my hair or anyone. She leaves her work just to stop them, even tho there is someone else with me to help me and the other Staff helping us too. Anyway we still love this location
