“After experiencing back pain and PT exercises not helping, I was looking for a chiropractor for help. I called two offices on my insurance plan. One was closer to me, but would only communicate by voice mail or text. I left a message. Then I called Schmitz Chiropractic. My call was answered by a friendly voice. (I don't remember which of the awesome team, Lexi, Mariah or Lisa). She got my info and we easily scheduled an appointment. Later, I was texted by the first office that they could get me in the next day. I decided to keep my appointment with Schmitz Chiropractic. I sure am grateful I did! Both Dr. Kyle and Dr. Mark are great! They take the time to listen to you, and are compassionate. Nice too! And treatment under them is helping! On my follow up visit, I was presented with a comprehensive treatment plan. Treatment was thoroughly explained, making sure I understood the whys and hows. Lisa had already contacted my insurance and had financial options ready. There was no pressure to make a decision right then, which i appreciated. I thought about it at home and decided to go forward with treatment.
I truly believe I found the right office!”
