Tom from Bam Home Inspections was recommended to me by my real estate agent… not only this, but a co-worker later told me about a “must-use” home inspector and that inspector also happened to be Tom! I now see why he is revered in the industry… he was already on-site with the septic/well inspector and getting to work as I arrived (on the roof, no-less). His report was detailed, he is easy to communicate with and learn from, and he is great with follow-up. The sellers were also present while the inspection was taking place, so I ended up speaking with them for a decent portion of time while Tom was inspecting the house. As a new homebuyer I was very nervous about purchasing a home and who to go through for inspections. Tommy did a phenomenal job covering every inch of the house and making me feel comfortable in my new home. He pointed out everything he could possibly find and gave me solutions on how to fix anything he found and also provided me with recommendations for plumbing or anything I needed to repair the house. I would Strongly recommend BAM Home Inspections!!!
