The staff and doctors are the best!! My pets are treated with the best love and care!

I've been fortunate enough that I haven't had to take my cats here for a couple of years. But my oldest may have cancer. When I called the lady told me her file was inactive because we hadn't been there in over a year and that there was nothing she could do. And that was it. She bluntly stated she couldn't schedule me an appointment. I was given no explanation as to why. And there was not even an offer of what they _could_ do. She just put up a wall. A veterinarian's office is the last place you'd expect to turn elitist.

We have been going to Summit Veterinary since 1995. They are the best. They listen and show compassion for all my animals. If I call with concerns they will answer them and if they need to be seen they will always make time. Thanks Stacey and Dr. Bates and all the summit vet family.
